General Cleaning

• Dust baseboards, light fixtures, furniture, sills, shelves, blinds, and décor.
• Vacuum/Mop all floors, carpets, rugs, stairs, and cloth furniture including under cushions
• Clean all glass surfaces
• Make up beds with fresh linens
• Empty wastebaskets
• Turn A/C settings to 80 degrees after cleanings for efficiency
• Replenish rolls of Paper Towels and Toilet Paper

Bathrooms

• Clean showers, tubs, and sinks inside and out
• Scrub toilets, including bowl, seat, lid, tank, and base
• Clean, dry, and shine all mirrors, chrome, and tile
• Damp-wipe cabinet fronts
• Clean all shelves, fixtures, and items on vanity
• Wash and fold all towels, replenish Toilet Paper

Kitchen

• Clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces, range hood, and sink
• Clean stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs
• Wipe countertops, cupboard fronts, table, chairs, top of refrigerator
• Clean microwave oven inside and out, including turntable
• Remove all perishable and opened food items in refrigerator and cupboards
• Empty toaster debris
• organize cupboards
• Replenish Paper Towel Dispenser
• Clean oven and refrigerator/freezer

Bedrooms

• Remove, wash, and fold bed linens
• Make up beds with fresh linens
• Dust all fixtures, vacuum floors, clean under beds

Pool & Lanai Area

• Wipe down all outdoor tables and chairs
• Sweep up debris
