complete piece of mind. Your
property will be
professionally managed and
looked after. Every detail
is covered throughout the
full service program. The
Full Service Management
includes but is not limited
to:
- No start up fee, you
will not be charged for
our services until the
property is first rented
- Review property and
provide condition
evaluation and market
rental value analysis
- Advertise, and
market the property for
rent. Using local print
advertising, Internet
sites, and relocation
networks, etc.
- If the property is
occupied, we will set up
the current tenants in
our system
- Showing of property
by trained property
managers
- Complete application
process to include
screening through a
professional screening
company
- Complete the lease
process. Lease/rental
agreement, all required
addendums, home
condition walkthrough
etc
- Collect the first
month’s rent and deposit
and all applicable fees
- Enforce lease and
collect monthly rent
- Distribute owner
funds once received by
tenant
- Provide detailed
monthly accounting
statement
- No charge for any of
our weekly/monthly
inspections,
photographs, reports,
etc.
- Provide and
supervise all required
property maintenance.
All maintenance services
are provided by
experienced technicians
- Schedule yearly
inspections and routine
maintenance. This
includes gutter
cleaning, air
conditioning service,
pressure washing, etc.
- Prepare end of year
tax packet, including
the 1099 tax form
- 90 day trial period
of services without
termination penalty
