At PalmOasis Management Inc. we offer complete and comprehensive services that are carried out by our own employees. Once your home is placed in our Absentee Owners Management program, you can be confident that our meticulous inspections and quality workmanship will keep your property in excellent condition. Access to your home is strictly monitored and controlled for added security.

If you are away from your home for two weeks or more, a weekly inspection is essential to prevent serious damage caused by utilities, appliances, water intrusion, insects, or mold/mildew.

• Check and secure all windows and door locks

• Check interior and exterior for mold and insects

• Check A/C Humidistat settings

• Check power and lights

• Check smoke detectors

• Check irrigation system

• Supervise regular maintenance, such as pool and yard services

• Check for storm damage

• Pick up debris such as newspapers and flyers

• Grounds Inspection

• Run faucets and flush toilets to check for leaks

• Run disposal once monthly

• Run dishwasher once monthly

• Check filter on A/C units once monthly

• Open and close garage door once monthly

• Monthly pest control applications

• Storm shutter installation and removal **available at an additional charge**

• Turn pool heat on/off
